Our longest running project focuses on helping sustainability graduates take their first steps on the career ladder.  This project started 15 years ago due to the complete lack of support for environmental careers. 

We now help a database of over eight thousand graduates to find inspiring projects with local authorities, education institutions and private businesses nationwide.

In 2010 98% of our clientele stated that they would happily use our service again and without hesitation recommend others to use Change Agents; 90% of our change agents secure subsequent related employment within three months of finishing their Change Agents opportunity.  In total we have placed over 800 graduates!
