Learning

We support young people and graduates to become Change Agents.

"A Change Agent recognises the importance for positive action on the wellbeing of the economy, society and environment. They have the confidence and competence to live and work in a way that makes a positive and progressive impact on the world around them."

We offer online learning, an active support network, and accredited qualifications, specifically the City and Guilds Professional Development Award.

The Change Agents Academy offers our expertise and support to job seekers looking for their first roles in sustainability. Those already employed, who benefit from our Training and Support package, also gain access to a wide range of interactive online courses and resources tailored to the needs of our clients and Change Agents. Click here for more information.

The City and Guilds Professional Development Award is also available to those benefiting from our Training and Support package. The qualification demonstrates to employers the essential transferable skills and knowledge necessary to achieve a wide range of career or leadership opportunities. This accredited course is recognised globally though the City and Guilds brand, and is an established way to offer continued professional development in the workplace.

The Change Agents Learning programme also supports students undertaking the MSc Sustainability at Anglia Ruskin University, through a work experience module which put the theory of the course into practice in a real world working environment.
