Change Agents UK can offer fully managed projects, designed to work alongside and in partnership with existing local networks and organisations. This can include bid writing, grant management, co-ordination and flexible on-the-ground staffing solutions to deliver advice about affordable warmth and the benefits that brings to health and wellbeing.

Energy Action for Rutland
Energy Action for Rutland, set-up in partnership with Rutland County Council and involving cooperation between many local organisations this has been operated since January 2012. Delivering affordable warm home and energy use advice including heating system set-up, installation of small efficiency measures, switching energy tariffs and signposting to other agencies and grants. The service has now helped almost 1000 Rutland residents save more than 20% on average on fuel bills. This work has been funded by Rutland County Council, The Leicestershire and Rutland Community Foundation and the local social housing provider Spire Homes. Energy Action for Melton
Funded by Scottish Power's Energy People Trust, Energy Action for Melton supported vulnerable residents throughout the Leicestershire borough of Melton, and over that period has directly helped more than 500 households reduce their energy bills and lower their carbon footprint through home visits. In addition, this project is recruiting, training and providing on-going support to a team of community volunteers throughout the Borough, to reach as wide a cross-section of the population as possible with effective advice.
Dudley Energy Advice Service
Entering yet another season in 2015 Change Agents have been delivering home energy advice visits on behalf of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) since October 2013. Residents who are struggling to pay for their energy bills or heat their home are referred through to our Dudley team for an impartial home visit. Our team work closely with DMBC to ensure follow-through of identified savings that include small and large infrastructural changes, tariff switching and ensuring that all financial help that is available is claimed in each household.
