We want to help young people and graduates become change agents.

As a charity built on education and learning foundations, we provide a number of training services and opportunities. Some are included as standard in our recruitment package, and others are run to support and enable young people and graduates with job-seeking, sustainable literacy, employability skills and to enact positive change.

How we do this is through principally through workshops, webinars and talks and learning resources:

• a long established range of training workshop packages, both face to face and online, including: Assertive Communication, Effective Presentation, Personal Development Awards, Introduction to Project Management, Selling, Analysing Behavioural Patterns, Communicating Sustainability, Leadership, Train the Trainer
• webinars to support people looking to find employment and to inspire change through guest interviews and presentations
• Talks, careers events, presentations to a wide range of audiences, and learning notes for change agents

We also offer accredited personal and professional development (City and Guilds accredited).
