ALUMNI
Meet some of our amazing Alumni and see what they're up to now
Sadia Moeed
Flood and Coastal Risk Management Team Leader
I became a Change Agents UK project worker as the Land Drainage Officer for Melton Borough Council in 2004.
Since then I have been working for the Environment Agency as a Project Manager primarily in Flood Alleviation Schemes & I became a Director of Change Agents UK Charity from 2008 until 2020.
Joanna Romanowicz
Director of Engagement
I started off in a placement delivering Green Impact. The job gave me a massive stepping stone in the sustainability sector, and was probably one of the main reasons why I then got my subsequent jobs within NUS, where I’ve had a consistent career progression with their sustainability team over the past 9 years.
Simon Winch
Sustainability Lead
Change Agents UK trusted me with loads of responsibility in my first career role, and provided great training, putting me in good stead to grow my career. I’m currently sustainability lead for Virgin group HQ, and I recently became a chartered environmentalist (there is such a thing!)
Emma Gilbank
Sustainability Projects Officer
I am looking at the future of sustainable housing, both for new build projects and retrofits. As I progress in the role I am being coached by Change Agents; it's really nice to know there is someone there to offer support and help me reach my personal and professional goals.
Eve Nelson
Plastic Removal Project Officer
Before working at Iceland, I was employed by Change Agents as the Sustainability Projects Officer. It was a great opportunity, especially for a first job in my sustainability career, and the support from Change Agents in the role and towards my personal and career development was fantastic.
