Meet The Team

With a background in financial services and experience in Change Management I joined Change Agents in 2018. We used to talk about the "sustainability sector"; I want to move on from that. Sustainability should be part of everyone's role and at the heart of strategies and growth. 

I started my career in science, studying chemistry and environmental toxicology at university because I was fascinated by how science could drive meaningful change. During my masters degree, I discovered a passion for sharing my research and connecting with students. That passion led me to getting my teaching degree and working in secondary schools. Now, I'm so excited to be working as a Sustainability Education Officer at CAUK which allows me to combine my skills as an educator and my passion for sustainability!

Since studying an BSc in Environmental Science, I’ve worked on environmental projects around the world + spent a few years working in the Higher Education sector. I’m very much a values-driven person which is why I love working at Change Agents UK.

I joined Change Agents UK at the start of 2024. My interest in sustainability came from studies at the University of Birmingham, firstly in my BA Philosophy degree where I began my studies of the ethics and politics of climate change.

Originally trained as a geologist I spent years working around the globe and taking an active role in using the worlds resources. After retraining in marketing I spent nearly a decade promoting products and services within the sports sector; Change Agents marks a turning point for me as I focus on my values and the environment.

I've worked for Change Agents for over 10 years. I provide financial and operational support to the charity and not-for-profit trading arm. I also provide support to Change Agents on placements and their host organisations, ensuring that payroll, tax, contracts extensions and pensions run smoothly for both parties.

It has always been my desire to join an organization like CAUK, to be able to make an active difference to the world through environmental and sustainable change.

To me punching a clock to earn a salary doesn't create purpose. Rather being able to wake up each day knowing that my work contributes in some way to greater a purpose makes me happy.
