I have been working as a Legal Counsel for the past four years. Before this, I was a trainee solicitor and a paralegal within the same organisation. I have really enjoyed gaining in-house experience as it allows me to take on greater responsibility and become wholly embedded within the business and its priorities. Prior to this, I worked in the Civil Service, focusing on strategy, organisational design and commercial management. This diverse experience across both the public and private sectors has given me a unique perspective and enhanced my abilities within the legal profession and beyond. I love spending time outdoors, especially in and around water as I find it keeps me grounded and revitalised among life’s busyness. I also enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures which never fails to broaden my perspective. I’m a mother to two wonderful young children who keep me on my toes and make every day an adventure in itself! Music is another big part of my life - I’m a huge fan of a wide range of genres and try to attend concerts whenever my favorite artists are performing. I deeply value community and the importance of working together to leave a positive impact on the world, through my professional life but also in my personal interactions with others.
