It has always been my desire to join an organization like CAUK, to be able to make an active difference to the world through environmental and sustainable change. To me punching a clock to earn a salary doesn't create purpose. Rather being able to wake up each day knowing that my work contributes in some way to greater a purpose makes me happy.
My passion has always been people and this is what led me to Human resources. I began my career in Human resources but later found that I enjoyed learning and development more. I worked in my previous role for 5 years as a Learning and development coordinator.
I love nature, gardening and bird watching. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, spending time with family and friends. I am also involved in my own personal sustainable living projects, like sustainable gardening and repurposing single use products.
